Job Description:

Senior Business Solution Consultant Non-Conformance Management 60% Remote | Madrid

Key Responsibilities:

1. Play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of the NCM process and applications.
2. Collaborate with various teams to improve solution offerings.
3. Translate user requirements into IT requirements.
4. Provide training and support for organizational change management.
5. Be part of a global team in constant evolution to address changes and improvements in the non-conformance management landscape.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience understanding the Business Process landscape and quality management.
3. Experience working in an agile development environment.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5. Customer-centric with a hands-on approach.
6. Experience working in diverse and virtual teams.
7. Excellent communication in English and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of SAP QM.
2. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
3. Understanding of Azure DevOps.
4. Proficiency in ISO and ISO Process knowledge in manufacturing or quality management.
