Responsibilities & Objectives
Elemica’s Enterprise Account Executives are integral to our success and serve as trusted, dedicated advisors to our loyal clients, helping them to achieve success. Key to this role is being able to engage clients, articulate value, and effectively communicate the Elemica story of innovating and digitizing supply chain connectivity.
What You’ll Do
- Join a team that is focused on accelerating client success, strengthening relationships, and ultimately growing our revenue and our product reach with key existing clients
- Develop and communicate an effective territory plan across all assigned accounts and report progress monthly
- Develop and communicate justification for Elemica’s resources and assets to help customers accelerate and achieve their strategic goals
- Proactively prioritize accounts and constantly expand supply chain network to focus efforts based on perceived risk, potential growth opportunity, strategic value, and renewal time frame
- Leverage a proactive consultative approach to bring the best ideas and capabilities to their portfolio of clients
- You can get to executive levels within your target account list and build solid relationships across many levels of organizations
- Constantly expanding relationships with client’s key personas to ensure clarity of clients’ success criteria, buying process and therefore accurately predicting closings of new purchases
- Develop and manage multiple opportunities through the funnel simultaneously
- Be the voice of the client to Product Development and Marketing; build strong internal working relationship with each department to ensure client success
- Real time documentation in Salesforce that is thorough and timely; demonstrate excellent attention to detail
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 5-10 years of large enterprise software company experience (PE-backed firms a plus)
- You have closed multiple complex sales and are familiar with value analysis to advance deals
- You can get to executive levels within your target account list and build solid relationships across many levels of organizations
- Experience with closing contracts $100K to $2M, VP to CFO signatures; 4-10 deals per year
- Industry expertise – experience unique to the problems and solutions that drive organizational transformation
- Network: experience that has resulted in a large and effective personal network
- Accountable - proven track record of delivering strong performance vs. assigned quota and other measures
- Possesses a bold/fearless desire to invent and propose game-changing solutions to customers and prospects at the executive-level
- Interest in keeping on the cutting edge of leading supply chain technologies including those from the competition; you love to compete and win and always strive to overachieve
- Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, virtual, and in-person
- Technical skills: PPT, Excel, Salesforce
- Travel expectation up to 50%
- Continued education in sales methodologies, sales techniques, executive presence, supply chain and logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven accountability and excellent interpersonal skills; the confidence to be an honest advocate who is willing to speak up when needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to get to the root cause of internal and external problems; ability to recommend resolutions
- Must respond to client requests with empathy, compassion, strategic advisement, and rapidity
- Desire to work with a collaborative global team with offices in the USA, Germany, UK, Netherlands, and India
Compensation
Based on experience and will consist of base salary, performance bonus, 401K, medical, and comprehensive benefits package.
