How you will create an impact :
As Service Line Operations Manager, you will act as a force multiplier to the Elevate partners. Your role is both strategic and hands-on and includes :
- Acting as a central interface between Elevate and our Central Functions (e.g. HR, Marketing, Knowledge, Finance)
- Driving internal coordination, prioritization, and communication across Elevate teams and initiatives
- Developing, implementing, and improving processes, standards, and internal systems
- Preparing and managing regular reporting on Elevate-specific KPIs
- Supporting the targeted roll-out of Elevate specifically in Healthcare and Life Sciences , ensuring alignment across regions and functions
- Enabling further penetration of Elevate capabilities into additional divisions
- Driving strategic initiatives , such as Elevate-wide training paths, recruiting campaigns, or best practice sharing
- Serving as a trusted advisor to Elevate leadership on cross-functional initiatives
About you :
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment and brings :
- An excellent university degree in economics, psychology or a similar field of study
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, digital business building, or internal business operations
- Experience in a professional service setting is a strong plus
- A strong understanding of digital or data-driven topics gained in a professional service setting is a strong plus
- Experience managing complex projects or internal initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you will work closely with partners and teams across the globe
- A pragmatic, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Business fluency English and German language skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) and ideally experience with dashboards (PowerBI) and other reporting tools (SAP)
