We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Data Scientist to spearhead innovative projects that turn complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will apply advanced machine learning techniques and statistical analysis to tackle challenging business problems, working with vast volumes of structured data from diverse sources.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product, finance, sales and marketing-to identify high-impact opportunities and develop data-driven strategies that fuel growth. From data preprocessing and feature engineering to model deployment and performance optimization, you will own the entire data science lifecycle.

As a senior team member, you will also mentor Data Champions from other divisions, fostering a culture of learning and innovation across the organization. • Lead the development and implementation of advanced statistical and machine learning models to extract insights and drive business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members and Data Champions from other divisions, fostering a data-driven culture and enabling teams to leverage analytics effectively
• Design and conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to evaluate the impact of new features and business strategies
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations, reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in machine learning, and emerging technologies to enhance methodologies and tools used within the organization

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in data science or a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL for data manipulation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, or similar to communicate insights effectively
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and experience applying them to real-world problems
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and proactively engage with business stakeholders with minimal direction

• Experience working in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as DBT
