Job description

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • HR Operations : Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations management, benefits administration, performance management, and talent planning. Ensure the efficient execution of HR processes in compliance with German labor laws and internal company standards.
  • Policy Development and Implementation : Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with German labor laws, regulations, and company strategies to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of all policies.
  • Recruitment and Talent Development : Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and new - employee onboarding. Collaborate closely with various departments to identify and meet talent needs, and also pay attention to employees' career development planning.
  • Compliance and Legal Affairs : Ensure that all HR activities strictly comply with German labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal company policies. Handle legal affairs related to employee contracts, compensation and benefits, and labor - relation terminations to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management : Manage the compensation and benefits system, including salary calculation, benefit - program design and optimization, and social - security and provident - fund management. Conduct regular market research to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefits.
  • Employee Relations Maintenance : Act as the primary contact for employee relations, handle employees' daily inquiries and complaints, and provide professional advice on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management Support : Assist in establishing and improving the performance - evaluation system to ensure the fairness and justice of the evaluation process and its close alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • HR Data Analysis : Maintain accurate HR data, provide support for HR decision - making through data analysis, track key HR metrics, and promote the optimization of HR strategies.
  • Corporate Culture and Diversity : Promote the construction of the company's corporate culture, enhance diversity and inclusion, and create a positive working atmosphere.

Qualifications :

  • Can start working as soon as possible.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, with experience in German companies or multinational corporations being preferred.
  • In - depth understanding of German labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Rich experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with management at all levels and employees.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems (HRIS) and data - analysis tools, and have the ability to make data - driven decisions.
  • Strong problem - solving and conflict - handling abilities, capable of dealing with complex HR challenges.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive, with excellent organizational and time - management skills, and able to work efficiently under high - pressure environments.
