Your design makes the difference – when every second counts.
The world is unpredictable: natural disasters, cyberattacks, human error – organizations must be prepared for the unexpected. That’s where FACT24 comes in: our SaaS solutions support companies in managing critical situations with clarity, speed, and confidence.
As a (Senior) UX/UI Designer, you’ll help shape the FACT24 Resilience Suite so that it is intuitive, functional, and visually compelling – especially when it matters most. You’ll design digital experiences that guide users through complex moments and foster trust. Your work strengthens our products – and protects people, assets, and reputations.

What you'll do

• Design modern, consistent, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile – from concept to final UI
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavior analysis – and turn insights into actionable design solutions
• Apply your expertise in visual design and, if applicable, behavioral design to support effective user engagement
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers – in an agile, interdisciplinary setting
• Document and evolve design guidelines, ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity across the suite
• Prioritize accessibility, ease of use, and clarity – even under high-pressure scenarios
• Communicate and justify your design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• have at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer – ideally in SaaS, B2B, or high-stakes environments.
• have a strong proficiency in tools likeFigma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, or similar.
• have a compelling portfolio of modern, functional, and user-centered designs.
• have experience in user research, usability testing, and insight-driven design.
• have a solid understanding of accessibility and universal design principles.
• have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex design concepts clearly.
• are familiar with agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• have interest or experience in behavioral design and user psychology as a plus.
• can speak fluently in German and English (C1 level or higher).
