• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media/Graphic Design, Administration, or a related field
• Experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to tailor content for different audiences
• Experience managing social media platforms and CMS / CRM tools
• Proficiency with e-mail marketing tools and initial knowledge of SEO best practices
• Creative and strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex ideas into engaging content
• Analytical mindset paired with strong communication skills, a results-oriented way of working and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal communication)
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Passion for sustainability and the circular economy is a plus!

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen our brand identity and presence, positioning METYCLE as an industry leader in sustainability and circular economy solutions for metal scrap and recycled metals
• Manage digital channel, including the company website and social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn) and plan multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, content, and email marketing) to generate leads and increase engagement
• Create high-quality, compelling content across formats (e.g., articles, blog posts, white papers, social media posts, presentations, industry insights, video content, webinars, and newsletters) to boost audience engagement and to establish METYCLE as a thought leader in the industry
• Collaborate closely with our management, our commercial team, and other stakeholders across departments to create compelling content and to develop customer-centric campaigns that enhance brand awareness and resonate with our target audiences
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing tools and analytics platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and content
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to align marketing efforts with company goals and overall business objectives
