The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design team to elevate our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Combining smart layout choices and high fidelity visual design, you’ll bring product experiences to new audiences and devices.

You’ll be joining a design-driven organization where design thinking is valued and supported at the highest levels. As a Product Designer, you'll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

1. Create landing pages
2. Develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for various platforms
3. Position products and features in content and layout that enhance user engagement
4. Contribute to the marketing design system of typography, color, components, and graphics
5. Develop product features for web, including designing features for the web version of the Crypto.com app, adapting existing features, or creating new experiences
6. Contribute to the web design system
7. Create visuals and animations, developing graphics using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI
8. Create product mockups to showcase app experiences
9. Develop spot and hero graphics aligned with the Crypto.com brand
10. Set measurable goals for website and page performance, research analytics using tools like Mixpanel, and collaborate with PMs and developers on tracking and analysis

Skills & Experience Requirements:

1. Understanding of crypto and basic trading concepts
2. 4+ years of experience as a product designer on digital products
3. Experience designing professional websites and digital identities
4. Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and styles
5. Basic knowledge of graphic creation tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, and AI
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of user-centered design and UX principles
7. Knowledge of research methodologies and their appropriate application
8. Ability to demonstrate product vision using data and experimentation
9. Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions to clients and stakeholders
10. Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers
