Your tasks
- Job objective: Ensuring the stable and high-performance operation of the SAP systems, strategic further development of the system landscape, integration of third-party systems, management of the assigned employees, and coordination with other teams.
- Overall responsibility for the business-critical IT areas of SAP operations (BASIS), print management, and integration and interface technologies (SAP BTP, SAP CPI).
- Standardization and optimization of the SAP system landscape and all interfaces.
- Further technical development of SAP Basis and our integration platforms, monitoring market trends, and initiating projects.
- Creation and implementation of migration, authorization, monitoring, and support concepts.
- Responsible for SAP-specific incident, change, and release management, including transport management system.
- Collaboration with external and managed service providers.
- Communication with business units regarding current projects.
- Technical and disciplinary management of employees.
Your profile
- Successfully completed IT studies or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in SAP Basis system operation and administration.
- Certifications in SAP Basis are advantageous.
- Leadership skills and management experience in IT.
- Profound knowledge in SAP Basis (S/4HANA), database systems, SAP operations, and SAP cloud services.
- Experience with installation, configuration, migrations, and upgrades of ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and SAP (C)ALM.
- Expertise in operations and service management for critical systems.
- Enjoy teamwork and willingness to undergo further training.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
