A technically proficient person for one of our Customer Solutions Teams in Bad Säckingen!

Are you an experienced Application Expert (m/f/d) familiar with Solution Designs and Business Intelligence dashboards? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for!

Your mission: Drive the planning, implementation, and operation of our SaaS Enterprise solution Shiftconnector for customers in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Your profile

• Experience with configuration of business processes & data structures in enterprise software
• Proficient in system integrations
• Experience in developing and maintaining BI dashboards
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for insights
• Advanced skills in technical troubleshooting (business systems & integrations)
• Knowledge in technical documentation & user manual creation
• Ability to work quality-oriented within a team and independently
• Fluent communication in German and English with customers

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP, Historian, and MES systems
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of APIs/web services
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in conducting technical trainings
