Position Overview

As part of the Operations Area Europe team, you will cooperate closely with our Doka Sales Organizations and manage daily challenges in the area of supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill material demands and regulate the logistics process throughout the supply cycle.
  • Initiate and support global material exchange (intercompany) and coordinate bottlenecks in supply.
  • Support the maintenance of a balanced stock and material procurement planning based on business demand.
  • Collaborate with Doka Sales Branches, other Distribution Centers, and Headquarters to optimize supply performance.
  • Implement and monitor Doka's global logistics standards and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of software tools relevant to logistics (e.g., Discos RapidResponse).
Qualifications
  • Commercial education with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Practical experience in Operations or Logistics is an advantage.
  • Proactive and communicative personality.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
  • Personal responsibility and assertiveness.
  • Dedicated, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant.

Additional Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to handle as a troubleshooter under time pressure.
  • Team player with a high degree of service orientation.
  • Very good command of German and English (oral and written).
  • IT affinity with good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel for business trips.
