As a Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our technology operations, bridging the gap between development and IT operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery processes. You will support to implement and optimise our customer support team, their processes and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

As a Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our technology operations, bridging the gap between development and IT operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery processes. You will support to implement and optimise our customer support team, their processes and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud, AWS or others.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Create and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Analyse and optimise resource usage, ensuring cost-effective and high-performing infrastructure.
• Develop and manage backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training and support to team members on DevOps tools and practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS and upcoming DORA.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and DevOps.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong understanding of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), networking, and security best practices.
• A view to setup, manage and optimise processes in the field of DevOps, customer support and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good English skills, both written and spoken. German is an asset, but not required.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
• Hands-On approach, willingness to work in a Startup.
