The role is a Broker Development Consultant – Team Leader where you will lead and develop a small team of desk-based relationship managers to deliver the business objectives as a team and individually. It will also include managing relationships with a “remote” panel of brokers, to identify opportunities for them to profitably grow their Commercial business.
This role would be home-based, managing your time effectively; however, there would be the requirement to be in either Kent or London branches around 2 days per week.
