Amazon Web Services is looking for a Sr. Partner Development Manager to manage a top AWS Consulting Partner and lead strategic collaboration across North America. This role offers a unique opportunity to build market mindshare and adoption of AWS solutions.
As a strategic PDM, you’ll work with Partner Solution Architects, Partner Marketing Managers, and AWS Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that deliver impactful business outcomes. Your expertise will be key to expanding practice development, skillsets, and AWS integration to drive exponential growth.
In this high-impact role, you’ll define and execute a GTM strategy with AWS’s strategic consulting partner, focusing on customer success, sales alignment, and solution enablement. You’ll be responsible for building business development plans and leading partner engagement efforts across multiple verticals.
Success in this position means managing complex negotiations, delivering strategic value to AWS customers, and integrating deeply with internal stakeholders, including AWS Sales and Professional Services. You’ll also lead periodic business reviews, build field-level alignment, and support joint solution development with partner architects.
