Responsibilities
Tasks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards
- Analyze and interpret data
- Provide problem-solving services to network users
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
- Keep logs and maintain records
- Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software
