As an Area Manager, you’ll take ownership of fulfillment operations in one of Amazon’s growing Canadian facilities. You’ll manage safety and productivity across the team, working closely with departments such as Loss Prevention, Human Resources, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. Each shift, you’ll be engaging with associates and monitoring key metrics to ensure delivery promises are met.
You’ll also work in different zones of the Amazon supply chain: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile. This dynamic role requires someone with a sharp eye for process improvement, solid team leadership, and the ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Flexibility in schedule is also essential.
