About the Role: Administrative Assistant

As an International Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting UPS operations. This part-time, permanent role is based in Lachine, QC, and requires dedication, organization, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit documents for customers, such as personal effects, voluntaries, and rejects.
  • Perform general office tasks including data entry, answering calls, and maintaining files.
  • Create professional reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Collaborate on internal communications and distribution of materials.
