About the Role

As anAWS Sr. Account Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth and improve market presence in a defined territory or industry vertical. You will design and implement account plans that will drive AWS adoption in themedia, entertainment, and game industriesto ensure AWS remains the preferred cloud computing destination.

You’ll bring a unique blend oftechnical and business acumenthat will enable you to effectively engage with C-level executives, software developers, and IT architects. Self-driven and resourceful, you’ll develop and execute a territory coverage plan and deliver results against quarterly revenue targets.

These would be some of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Drive revenueand market share in a specific territory or industry vertical.
  • Meet or exceedquarterly revenue targetsby building strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensiveaccount/territory plan.
  • Clearly articulate compellingvalue propositions around AWS servicesto accelerate customer adoption.
  • Maintain astrong sales pipelineto support ongoing account growth.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to continue expanding AWS’s footprint while driving adoption in strategic accounts.
  • Managecontract negotiationsand create win-win outcomes for clients and AWS.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates for this position must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 10+ yearsof experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliance management.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following are highly desirable:
