COMPETITION # 2025-046POSITION TYPE PERMANENT, FULL-TIMESummary of Position:Reporting to the Emergency Placement Resource House Manager (EPR-HM), the Awasis Emergency Placement Resource Worker (EPRW) is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the program. The EPRW is responsible for implementing all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of the program. The EPRW is expected to provide ongoing, culturally sensitive care while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. A major focus of their work with young people is to always be a positive role model and to intervene purposefully in the young people's daily life. EPRW works from a needs-based, trauma informed, relational child and youth care approach as per the organization’s expectations and standards.Qualifications:
