• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills for educating brokers and handling inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple processes while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Proficiency in handling inbound phone calls and inquiries

• Experience in a broker support or healthcare-related role
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage products and CMS regulations
• Strong organizational skills to manage applications and inquiries efficiently
