What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage new broker applications and enrollment forms
- Educate brokers on plan benefits across all markets
- Ensure compliance with CMS requirements throughout the application process
- Answer inbound phone calls and maintain a single point of contact for inquiries from National Brokers
- Handle requests regarding application submittals, Medicare Advantage products, and supply fulfillment
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills for educating brokers and handling inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple processes while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Proficiency in handling inbound phone calls and inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a broker support or healthcare-related role
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage products and CMS regulations
- Strong organizational skills to manage applications and inquiries efficiently
