Position Overview
SNOW Developer
Rate : 70 CAD / hr ( DOE)
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Implementation : Lead the design and development of system integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST / SOAP web services, MID servers, and custom integration solutions to connect ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems
ITSM & ITAM Module Expertise : Configure and customize IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management, while implementing comprehensive IT Asset Management solutions including discovery, asset lifecycle management, and software compliance tracking
HRSD Solution Development : Design and implement Human Resources Service Delivery solutions including employee onboarding / offboarding workflows, case management, knowledge management, and employee self-service portals with advanced form configurations and approval processes
System Architecture & Technical Leadership : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices, performance optimization, and maintainable code standards
Quality Assurance & Documentation : Develop comprehensive unit tests, perform code reviews, create detailed technical documentation, and ensure proper change management processes are followed throughout the development lifecycle
