We are currently looking for a full-time Security Supervisor to join our Campus Unit in Kelowna. $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Provide day-to-day supervision of campus security operations across multiple sites
• Conduct patrols as required and delegate access or service requests, completing them directly when needed
• Act as Incident Commander during significant incidents and respond to first aid and emergency situations
• Review incident reports for accuracy and SOP compliance; provide coaching and elevate significant issues to the client as required
• Train, mentor, and coach officers on site duties, protocols, reporting standards, and company policies
• Maintain a visible, customer-focused presence and deliver high-quality service to the campus community
• Support investigations into incidents such as theft, harassment, or assault in coordination with security management
• Work closely with internal managers on scheduling, staffing needs, recruitment, training, and performance management
• Participate in health and safety activities including audits, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments
• Collaborate with supervisors to audit first aid equipment, emergency systems, and security infrastructure
• Participate in service review meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Valid BC Security Worker License
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Intermediate OFA (OFA Level 2) with experience responding to first aid incidents
• Minimum 2 years of security experience in a supervisor or Site Lead capacity
• Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring teams
• Strong communication skills with a professional, empathetic leadership style
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Full-time availability with schedule flexibility

Security Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the post secondary campuses in Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton. This position requires a high-energy individual who has the capability to multitask and effectively lead and mentor a team of security professionals. The successful applicant must lead by example and set a high standard of service for both customers and clients alike. This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of security staff, ensuring compliance with site procedures, and supporting training, mentoring, and performance management across all assigned locations.
