- Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.
- Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.
- Review and export CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to various tenants.
- Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to support the shift supervisor.

- Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.
- Review and export CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to various tenants.
- Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
- Must be able to cover a guard's shift on an as-needed basis.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to support the shift supervisor
- 1-3 years experience in security supervision
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Valid Alberta Security license
- Must be able to work 4/4 12 hour rotational shift, 2 days/2 nights
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion
- Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest
- Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Leadership and mentorship skills
- Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
