Job Description
Define and control the project scope while managing client expectations, in collaboration with the project manager;
Actively collaborate with the project manager and development teams in planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities and developments;
Analyze client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs;
Evaluate the risks and impacts of the chosen solutions and plan for the integration of the software into the client's environment;
Demonstrate influence and use expertise to lead the client and peers to accept the overall solution;
Work closely with development and UX teams to evolve the product, if necessary;
Coordinate and participate in the prioritization and execution of development and configuration tasks with the various project stakeholders;
Ensure that the solution for which one is responsible meets quality requirements (compliance with specifications, performance, security, hardware footprint, documentation, etc.) as well as the product strategy;
Ensure the maintenance of solutions in production at clients' sites.
Qualifications
Education in computer science, software engineering, or operations research;
Significant experience of at least 5 years in software implementation for external clients;
Experience in software development (an asset);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Creative mindset and strong capacity for abstraction;
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in both French and English to communicate with our French-speaking and English-speaking clients;
Availability and willingness to travel abroad occasionally (required).
