As the Sr. Consultant, Privileged Access Management on the Privileged Identity and Access Security team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping CIBC mature its Human PIV Access service. You’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop with the team as it leverages the industry-leading CyberArk product to enhance its PAM capabilities and LOB IAM integrations. Your responsibilities include assessing projects for security risks, creating requirement documents and architecture diagrams. We are seeking an action-oriented, collaborative, and innovative individual to drive the design, build, and deployment of one of the organization’s most critical Information Security solutions. The Sr. Consultant will also manage proof-of-concept and proof-of-technology exercises, as well as the design and implementation of successful solutions. This role offers a great opportunity to join a world-class team within a reputable organization and support its growing Information Security needs.

Execute and deliver on roadmap initiatives: Drive review and updates of Identity and Access Services documents, promote awareness of issues and improvements, and handle audit deficiency remediation.
Stay informed on emerging technologies: Keep up with industry trends and best practices, identify opportunities for enhancements, and champion change initiatives. Analyze deficiencies across the organization to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Create and maintain business processes: Develop procedures and documentation related to Identity and Access Services initiatives. Perform activities typical of Business Analysts, such as gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating UAT, and supporting technical deployments.
Facilitate initiatives and educate users: Lead workshops, promote best practices, evaluate existing processes, and support adoption of new tools and procedures.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or security roles: Experience in financial institutions and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP are assets.
Educational background: Diploma, certificate, or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, Programming, Security, or related fields.
Big picture thinker: Ability to understand objectives and apply process knowledge to initiatives.
Leadership qualities: Strong relationship management, communication, organizational, and documentation skills, capable of working with senior management.
Knowledge of business process modeling: Familiarity with BPMN, EPC, BPEL notations for documenting processes.
Specific experience with CyberArk WPM: HashiCorp experience, SailPoint, and Workday familiarity are assets.
