CALLING ALL ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATES

This is a Part-Time contract position

We are looking for super friendly, outgoing, personable people to join our newest sales team! We seek those with an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products, providing safer, better choices for adult smokers. Our focus is on engaging with people IRL. We need social butterflies who can connect genuinely while remaining professional.

Motivated individuals who perform well will participate in profit sharing; when you and the team hit targets, you receive a percentage of the variable fees. We support cooperative finances, where funding benefits everyone involved.

What’s a workday look like?

• Engaging and educating adult smokers
• Two locations per day, eight-hour shifts, three times a week
• Trade support at key retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs
• Attending ongoing training to ensure confidence and a positive consumer experience
• Coaching and audits to follow sales, operations, health, and safety protocols
• Collaborative work to foster a high-performance culture through feedback, reporting, and sharing updates

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable speaking with every customer; shyness is a no-go! If you performed in drama or dance routines, that’s a plus.
• Sales and customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, leading through service and collaboration.

What we offer:

• $30 hourly plus health benefits and bonuses
• Non-traditional schedule focused on late afternoons and evenings, Thursday to Saturday
• Currently 20-24 hours per week, with potential for increase based on campaign success

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Background check during onboarding
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 25-50 pounds
