Position Summary: To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders, ensuring high quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
3. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality, with no damages and the freshest selection.
4. Document and label all orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels accurately.
5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support, resolving issues as needed.
7. Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are debris-free. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing pre-use safety checks, and demonstrating behaviors aligned with organizational values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational, safety, and quality enhancements. Be flexible in work assignments to meet customer requests and delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.55, with the rate determined based on relevant experience.
