Your role

• Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS (Bamboo) updates
• Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and prepare new hire orientation materials
• Organize employee engagement activities and participate in local committees (Health & Safety, Social Committee, DE&I, etc.)
• Other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned
  
  
  

What you bring to the table

• Post secondary education in Human Resources, Administration, or related field
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
