A performance apparel company seeks a Creative Director to lead innovative campaigns and connect guests with the brand's purpose. The NA Brand Creative team brings lululemon to life through storytelling that resonates with both new and existing guests. We ensure our brand shows up as globally consistent, regionally relevant, and meaningfully differentiated within a crowded landscape. We drive business success by connecting guests to the heart of who we are-our purpose, our values, and our unique brand personality. Through visual and verbal storytelling, we elevate the performance of our products and fuel brand love, awareness, and demand across NA.
Leads and inspires the creative direction and strategy for NA Creative campaigns, key initiatives/moments occurring in-region, brand initiatives and key guest touchpoints. Drives department resourcing, timelines and delivery of creative on time, on budget and in excellence. Leadership, guidance, and development of NA Creative Team. Creative Leader to cross-functional partners (within this role's portfolio).

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $187,400-$246,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
