As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital part in propelling our business forward! Your duties will involve expanding our customer base, enhancing brand recognition, and contributing to our overall sales and marketing strategy!

Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Introduce products and services to potential customers, tailor packages to fit their needs, and complete sales
2. Process sales orders accurately and completely using Salesforce, and meet sales targets
3. Take part in the full sales cycle from lead qualification to customer acquisition
4. Deliver sales presentations to new and current customers
5. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
6. Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes
7. Assist the Manager with sales team activities, including lead assignment, scheduling, and preparing statistics for daily meetings

Sales Assistant Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in Business, Advertising, or Communications is an asset!
2. Must be excited to work in a fast-paced environment where individual actions impact overall company growth and success!
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential!
4. 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred
5. Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are preferred
6. Must be comfortable going through a background check with Sterling when hired
