Who We Need
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager, Brand Partnerships with progressive experience in sales, account management, or customer success, specifically within retail brands, products, or services (direct or affiliate). You have a track record of managing a book of business, building relationships with clients of varying sizes, and working cross-functionally with account managers and internal teams to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per month in-office.

You are passionate about understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering solutions that drive engagement and retention. You are highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams allows you to optimize customer experience and contribute to the success of both your clients and Venngo.
