• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
• Assist customers with resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Fluency in English, German, and French
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking

• Residing in the Oshawa, Ontario area is preferred but not mandatory
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine compassion for customer needs
