Position: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Canada)
Employment Type: Long-term Contract (Potential for Full-Time)

Our client, an IT Services firm focused on Digital Transformation solutions, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their Montreal-based team remotely on a contract basis. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and innovative approaches to ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and design ServiceNow solutions tailored to their needs.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end process improvements.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and meet organizational objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow into existing processes.
• Develop documentation, including process maps, training materials, and technical specifications.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow implementations.

Skillset:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with expertise in business process optimization and implementation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps or CSM.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate business needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configurations is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
