Role Overview
  • Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analysis and wet chemistry on product and in-process samples to ensure quality assurance and control for plant operations.
  • Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate data and records.
  • Utilize analytical instruments to address quality assurance and control issues.
  • Prepare chemical stock solutions and reagents, as well as set preparation standards.
  • Receive direction and support from lab supervisors and chemists.
  • Work with moderate direction and utilize your skills and knowledge to excel in the position.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Polytechnic graduate with a background in Chemical, Process, or Technical Engineering.
  • Experience in quality control systems advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory analysis and wet chemistry.
  • Computer-literate with the ability to use analytical instruments and quality control systems.
  • Preferable experience in wet chemistry, quality control systems, and analytical instruments.
