Overall description

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking training activities related to the SAP project. This person will play a key role in ensuring communication between stakeholders and maintaining visibility of activities for management.

What are your contributions to the team?
  • Training Coordination:
    • Plan and organize training sessions (rooms, participants, trainers, materials).
    • Ensure full logistics during project deployment.
  • Communication and Liaison:
    • Act as the point of contact between the Change Management team, the Learning team, and Operations.
    • Maintain clear and regular communication with management to ensure visibility on training progress.
  • Tracking and Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Establish and maintain key performance indicators to measure the success of training activities.
    • Produce reports and analyses to monitor objectives.
    • Enter training data into the LMS.
  • Deployment Support:
    • Ensure training sessions are delivered effectively and that participants and trainers have the necessary resources.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You have a college diploma in human resources or administration.
  • You possess more than five (5) years of experience in project coordination or training management.
  • You possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • You are able to collaborate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
  • You are flexible, proactive and have strong skills in managing a high volume.
  • You are recognized for your customer service.
  • You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • You are familiar with a Learning Management System (LMS).
