Skills and Requirements

• 15+ years QE, with at least 5 in quality engineering leadership role, in the financial industry.
• Strong background in Test environment management.
• Technical Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading quality transformation initiatives in the financial services or similarly regulated industry.
• Leadership & Mentorship to inspire and guide teams.
• Change Management for transforming traditional QA practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience leading transformation initiatives within a mid- to large-sized company.
