A leading logistics company is seeking a Risk Manager to oversee their enterprise-wide risk management program. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks, recommending mitigation strategies, and managing insurance programs. Candidates should have over 5 years of risk management experience and strong analytical skills, with a commitment to fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization.
Purolator is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to manage Purolator’s enterprise-wide risk management program and support in proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks across our operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring Purolator is protected against potential threats, resilient in the face of disruption, and compliant with insurance and risk-related requirements.
The Risk Manager will collaborate with operational business leaders to identify risks, recommend opportunities to strengthen risk mitigations, and communicate with all levels of management and stakeholders. Working with senior leaders, units and departments, the Risk Manager champions and coordinates the integration of risk management strategies across Purolator, identifies key areas of risk and suitable methods to objectively assess exposures, suggests and recommends risk mitigation strategies, liaises with internal stakeholders, and synthesizes information for effective communication to the Board of Directors.
The Risk Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, and external partners to manage the insurance program, support claims management, and business continuity framework.
