A leading international financial services provider in Toronto seeks a Senior Technical Leader to manage IT aspects for Canada and US, focusing on project and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and extensive experience with mainframe technologies, project management, and agile methodologies.
