- Be the go-to teammate who keeps things running smoothly on-site
- Assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial signage
- Help load, transport, and organize materials and tools
- Set up job sites and ensure everything is ready for safe, efficient work
- Learn to read blueprints, handle tools, and support the lead installer with precision
- Take ownership of maintaining a tidy, safe, and productive work environment
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude – ready to pitch in wherever needed
- Alberta Mobile Crane Operator Certificate (0-8 ton) – Don’t have it yet? We’ll help you get it!
- 1+ years’ experience in sign installation, construction, or a similar trade (an asset)
- Strong mechanical skills and a love for hands-on work
- Comfort working at heights and outdoors in all kinds of weather
