Job Description

We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities :

• Provide AI chatbots with complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs

Qualifications :

• Masters and/or PhD (completed or in progress) in chemistry or related fields is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in chemistry, reasoning, and analytical thinking
