A leading housing organization in Canada is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 13-month role. The specialist will collaborate with managers on recruitment strategies and lead the entire hiring process. Ideal candidates should have at least seven years of recruitment experience in Information Technologies, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and bilingual communication skills in English and French. They will contribute to meaningful initiatives at CMHC while enjoying a hybrid work environment.

Salary: Our salaries generally range from $84 699,11$to $105 873,89$and are based on qualifications and experience.

Join the Talent Acquisition Team under the direction of Julie Dusablon, where you will play a key role in attracting top talent to ensure that CMHC has the right people in the right position at the right time to effectively implement the Corporation's strategy. As a trusted Talent Acquisition Specialist and subject matter expert, you will provide strategic and tactical advice, services, and support to internal stakeholders. In this role, you will equally lead the full recruitment lifecycle and leverage your market expertise to make impactful hiring decisions.
This is a temporary position of 13 months.
