A dynamic and innovative company is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Mulgrave, Nova Scotia. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and will be responsible for driving HR strategies to enhance organisational performance and culture. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to join our team. The role will be based at our new office in Mulgrave and reports to our Group General Manager for People & Performance.
We are happy to consider applications from candidates looking for part-time (ideally Monday-Friday, 5 hours per day) or full-time work.
About the role
As a Human Resources Manager and as part of the HR Leadership team, you'll play a key role in partnering with senior leaders across functions to deliver on business priorities and develop & deliver HR programs focussed on workforce planning, performance and talent management, organisational change, cultural, and leadership development. This is a true generalist role that requires a blend of strategic and operational skills coupled with a passion for people and a deep understanding of the connection between people and performance.
