We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on Azure, with a primary focus on Kubernetes management and orchestration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and streamline deployment of containerized applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Kubernetes Administration & Optimization: Oversee and manage Kubernetes clusters, emphasizing best practices including service meshes (Istio) for efficient, reliable, and scalable deployments.
- Utilize tools such as ArgoCD (including ArgoCD Manager), Helm Charts, and other Kubernetes solutions to ensure efficient deployment processes.
- Develop custom Kubernetes resources using Go to extend platform functionalities.
- CI/CD & Automation: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps; develop automation scripts for rapid deployment cycles.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage Azure resources, ensuring security, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Infrastructure as Code: Use Terraform and IaC principles for provisioning cloud resources.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Requirements
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and ecosystems (Istio, ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize).
- Proficiency in Go programming for custom Kubernetes resources.
- Understanding of network architecture and configurations in Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially with Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of credential management and access controls in Azure.
- High intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IaC and Terraform.
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or Azure certifications.
- Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring tools.
