Job summary
A prestigious hotel group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Bar Supervisor to manage bar operations, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality diploma/degree, a minimum of two years' experience in luxury hotels, and familiarity with hotel systems. Responsibilities include overseeing departmental operations, maintaining cleanliness, and handling guest inquiries efficiently. Knowledge of food and beverage operations is essential, along with strong English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar operational role in luxury hotels.
- Technical skills in hospitality operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee departmental operations during shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the Bar area before opening.
