A premier dining destination in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will manage a diverse team, oversee financial performance, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop staff. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, with a focus on high standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and driving financial performance.
- Experience in menu planning, pricing strategies and inventory control.
- Food Safety Certification and knowledge of UAE food safety regulations.
Responsabilités
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve performance.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
