A logistics firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Expeditor to manage timely delivery of materials and documentation for projects. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in logistics, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, monitoring shipments, and preparing reports. This full-time role offers a salary range of AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and project stakeholders—preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Monitor and track the progress of purchase orders and shipments to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and project teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and maintain expediting reports, delivery status updates, and delay notifications.
- Ensure proper documentation, such as delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices, are received and validated.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
- Attend internal and supplier meetings to follow up on material readiness and logistics planning.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in expediting/supply chain/logistics, preferably in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics documentation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to follow up with vendors and resolve delays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
