A developer-backed contracting business based in Dubai is seeking an experienced General Manager – Construction to lead and scale its construction operations. This senior leadership role oversees the entire construction lifecycle with accountability for delivery performance and team leadership. Ideal candidates must have over 15 years of experience in construction, including significant time in the UAE, and a strong background in delivering high-rise and complex projects. The position offers a monthly salary of AED 50,000 – 55,000, inclusive of allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ construction experience, including 7-10 years in the UAE.
• Proven leadership in developer-backed or client-side contracting environments.
• Experience delivering high-rise and complex projects.
