Job Description

We’re hiring a General Manager to lead a large scale UAE business unit of a leading holding company with strong regional reach, complex operations, and a serious commercial mandate. This role is built for leaders from industrial manufacturing and distribution, formulation based production, specialty ingredients, commodities processing and trading, high volume supply chain environments, and adjacent sectors like premium nutrition products, additives, supplements, organic lines, sustainable inputs, and value added processing. You will own the full picture: P&L, commercial growth, cost and margin control, operational performance, and leadership. If you can drive scale, profitability, and customer confidence at the same time, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Leadership: Define and execute business strategy to drive growth and profitability; Identify market opportunities and convert them into revenue.
  • Commercial Ownership: Lead key accounts, partnerships, pricing, and negotiations; Build strong customer relationships and expand the client base.
  • Operations and Supply Chain: Oversee end to end operations including production planning, procurement, logistics, and delivery; Improve efficiency, quality, service levels, and scalability.
  • Financial Management: Own budgeting, forecasting, costing, and performance reporting; Track variances and implement corrective actions fast.
  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a performance driven leadership team; Drive accountability, collaboration, and execution discipline.
  • Compliance, Risk and HSE: Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations; Lead HSE standards, audits, and risk controls across operations.
