Define track and report on CRM key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement advanced CRM strategies to retain and expand the existing customer base.
Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes recommending innovative solutions that enhance accuracy productivity and customer satisfaction.
