Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a senior leader to drive a next-generation mobility business in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on delivering integrated transport solutions and requires extensive experience in transport systems, strategic leadership, and P&L management. Ideal candidates will have a proven record of managing complex projects and developing commercial strategies, along with a strong technical background. Experience in the UAE market and fluency in English are essential, with Arabic as a desirable skill.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in transport systems, ITS, traffic management, or EV infrastructure.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience working with government agencies in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap.
• Lead delivery of complex transport projects on time and on budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and transport authorities.
